2. Cancellation Policy

Users may request cancellation of their registration within 7 days from the date of successful payment, provided that:

  • The training/workshop/session has not started
  • Access to digital content has not been fully utilized
  • No certificate or completion benefit has been issued
  • The registration was not made under special discounted or promotional offers

Cancellation requests must be submitted through email or official support channels.


3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment made by mistake
  • Technical payment failure with amount deducted

5. Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are generally processed within:

  • 7 to 14 business days

Actual credit timelines may vary depending on the bank or payment gateway provider.


6. Payment Gateway Issues

In case the amount is deducted but registration is not confirmed:

  • Please contact us with payment details and transaction reference
  • After verification, the amount will either be refunded or registration will be confirmed manually

7. Modification or Rescheduling

  • Reschedule workshops or training sessions
  • Change trainers, schedules, or delivery modes
  • Cancel events due to unavoidable circumstances

In such cases, users may be offered:

  • Rescheduled access
  • Credit adjustment
  • Alternative batch/session access

8. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for:
